• could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

Windows 10 is having issues day by day

For the last 3 weeks I've been trying to fix my pc which is running windows 10,but it seems like windows 10 is having diffrent plans.

First thing first one day i recieved a blue screen out of nowhere,then another one then another one.In a week i accumulated more Blue screens than a a person in a year.There were only 3 types of Blue screens,1 was Unexpected_storage_exception,2 was Critical_process_died,3
was memory management.I've looked up for solution but none helped me,I thought that they would dissapear,but my pc become slower and slower,sometimes after a restart or blue screen almost all the cache from pc dissapeares,i get logged out from everything.Then
Start menu becomes unresponsive and search bar barely opens up.I reseted it,it worked fine for 2 days,then it began again.I formatted pc thinking it was a virus or some malware that caused these problems,I even scanned the pc.Again,it worked fine for about
5 days,then i noticed that firewall was off,I couldn't turn it off pc refused to let me turn on,and no fixes worked for it,I reseted it again,and now Windows defenders is off and taskbar search bar are unresponsive,and as always the settings menu is slower
than a snail.

Are all these problems regarding my hardware or is it because of the OS?

 

blue screen 3 times in 3 days

I just bought Microsoft surface pro 4 256gb I5 8GB ram with windows 10 pro.

For the last 3 days I got the blue screen 3 times and the computer is forced to restart.
