Windows 10: My pc has gone really slow and has been stuck on the loading screens for ages, is there a fix?

I was wondering i there was a fix for this issue since it has bene like this for several hours.

Stuck on ASUS Loading Screen

my screen was frozen so i restarted my pc and after i opened it i was stuck on the asus loading screen and after its gone its just stuck on a blank screen, please help me on how to fix this problem

 

Windows 10 Stuck On Loading Screen

So I was playing GTA5 on my pc and it started running a little slow so I decided to restart it and it got stuck on the loading screen. So i rebooted it multiple times and even tried running it in safe mode and it came up with error code 0xc000000f. So I
looked up how to fix it and then restarted the pc again and after I restarted it again it came up with the loading screen but said this at the bottom of the screen:

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I still havent made a boot drive with windows ISO on it but thats my next step. Thanks.

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
