Windows 10: My Pc has has been capped at 10-11mbps on download speed.

My Pc has has been capped at 10-11mbps on download speed. My drivers are updated. My Ethernet cable is good I tried the same wire on another pc in the same room and they get 100mbps on downloads. My motherboard is a MPG Z390 gaming plus.

Greg, please just don't go to Bing, search for "slow internet speed windows 10" and post the 10 first websites here, my friend. The suggestions on these websites has nothing to do with my issue.

If you don't know what can cap a download speed on Windows (which is not a signal or connection issue), please leave the question to another expert.

Those are the resources that have solved this very issue for others in the past. There is much more offered there than signal or connection issues. Did you read them?

All you need to do is tell me what isn't working about the fixes I gave and I will always correct them. I may not get the fix right the first time, but I do have more experience and success at this than almost anyone on the web.

Windows 10 home version 1903 wifi download speed capped.

Hello as the title says my internet download speed is very slow its capped to 4.5Mbps where as it should be around 10-15 Mbps my laptop is dell Inspiron 7559 and wireless adapter is Intel Dual band wireless AC 3165, cant pinpoint as to when this problem
started I noticed it suddenly while downloading update for a game on steam. ran speed tests and found out its capped to 4.5Mbps, thing is I did the same test on ubuntu with speedtest.net it gave the speed it should which is around 15Mbps. Its also fine on
mobile but its limited on windows for some reason. I reinstalled its drivers tried using ipconfig /flushdns with no luck at all did a full computer scan with windows defender and no malware or virus found. Anyone got a suggestion?
