My pc has more than 48 hours resetting I’m worried the screen is black and it only shows a Circle loading it doesn’t show the percentage

Black screen after pc reset

Hi, I've wanted to factory reset my pc. (Custom Built PC).

When it was restarting after the reset process, it went to a black screen. I left it for around 1-3 hours, and it's still showing the black screen. When I turned my PC off and on, it showed a black screen, Ive tried getting into Bios but it wont work.

 

Factory reset of Windows 10 stuck at 48% since 18 hours

Hey Guys, I need help!

Yesterday I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 and then I realized that all my files stayed which I didn't want to, so I did a factory reset on my windows 10 upgraded PC and it has been stuck at 48%
for the last 18 hours. The circle loading is still moving but the percentage is stuck at 48. I am worried to turn off my PC in case of it being ruined.

What should i do? Shall i force shutdown it? Or shall i wait more? Or what other possible step shall i take?

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out
