Windows 10: my pc has no signal, mouse and keyboard not working anymore after updating my Drivers, also...

Hi i need help.. my PC has a problem, I've recently updated my Driver after the Driver update reached 100% i restarted my PC, after that it didnt work anymore my Monitor has no signal, keyboard and mouse didn't work at all, after i tried to turned off my PC it went back ON, and it beeps twice.. i need help for this kind of problem i need to uninstall the driver that's been updated to latest.

Hi, my PC has not been operational for about 2 weeks, and I'm not getting video signal and there is no power to my keyboard and mouse.
What I have tried to solve the problem:

• Connected PC speaker
• Disconnected hard drive

Please note that all of my components are working I think that this is a software/BIOS problem?
Specs:

• Intel Core i5 6600
• Asus B150M-AD3
• 8gb DDR3 1333(1x)
• Gigabyte GTX 780Ti

EDIT: I have tried removing my CMOS battery, and the same thing happens. Was I meant to short the pins again? Did I do something wrong? Thanks
Edit 2: I removed the battery, discharged the capacitors and it STILL happens? Is my motherboard dead I really hope this isn't the case *Frown
