    Not sure why you say KB is for Windows 7 x86? - the KB is for both bit depths.

    And ... you identified the Asus tablet as ASUS Tablet with Windows 8.1 Pro x86

    I used "KB" in short as an acronym in general for the referenced term of "Knowledge Base".

    I had mentioned this because KB2952664 is for "Windows 7 x86". I was just confused as to why Windows Update had applied applied the KB2952664 to my ASUS Tablet that has "Windows 8.1 Professional 32-Bit" installed and i was hoping someone may know why Windows Update had applied KB2952664 to the Tablet?

    I apologize if my post wasn't clear as to an update that was (confusingly) applied to my system.

    I have repeatedly tried to run this command file you posted on this forum. It will not trigger anything. My version of Windows 7 is Ultimate. My other computer with Windows 7 is 64 bit Home Premium and it is ready to receive update. This computer is a 32 bit computer. I get no message of any kind about whatever it may be unable to run windows 10. The two KB files are present on the computer. When I try to run the posted command, it seems to run but only about 1 second and then closes.
