Windows 10: My PC has started freezing up

The screen just freezes up and there is no input from mouse or keyboard. Have to reboot to unfreeze until it freezes again. I've tried keeping Task Manager running, but it doesn't stop on the same thing. I've tried Safe mode and it doesn't seem to freeze up but I can't troubleshoot to find out what is causing the problem. I have set Troubleshoot to run automatically, but I have not seen any indication of what is going on. Is it time for a shop visit?

• Where do you usually experience this freezing issue? Is it during startup?
• Other troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

PC freezes during start up

At start up, my PC freezes at the pre log on page - the screen before, and which would normally lead to, the password entry / log on screen - It shows mail accounts being updated and the digital clock display operates, but PC does not respond to any input other than to power down. PC is a Dell, about 18 months old, but I do not have system specs. Any suggestions?

 

Windows 10 Home freezes

Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Ok i did this 2 times
- first time: it freezed
- second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.
