Windows 10: My PC has started randomly rebooting and shutting down in the last week or so

Starting sometime in the last week it's currently 10/3/24, my Windows 11 PC will spontaneously restart or shut down. There's no pattern that I've been able to notice as far as what I'm doing; in fact, it will sometimes restart multiple times while I'm not using it at all. I've searched online but I can't find a solution that works for me. I've had Windows 11 installed for at least a couple of years, and I haven't made any software or hardware changes recently that would account for this. Any help you all could provide would be greatly appreciated.

PC Randomly Reboots

Just recently, my PC started to randomly reboot, to start it was once every other day, and know every few minutes.
Any suggestions to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 PC randomly shuts down simultaneously with momentary network loss of connectivity

This is a weird one..HP Windows 10 PC on a network of 6 HP PCs..randomly shuts down without warning (like the power has been cut). This has been happening increasingly for several months. The weirdest part of it is that at the time it does this the network's ethernet connection to the broadband cuts out for ~30 seconds and re-connects itself. Extremely frustrating! It seems to have been an increasing problem incremented with recent MS updates and it has cost many hours of work in our organisation.

• The PC has had full Scan with two forms of professional anti-malware.
  
• The PC has been checked for physical issues such as heat, dust etc. Cool as a cucumber, bit dusty and vacced out. Problem stopped for a week and a half after this check and clean and then it started again. Random as ever.
  
• Pulling the ethernet cable out when it is operational does not cause it to switch off, suggesting that the PC shutting down is causing some kind of spike that cuts the connectivity for the whole network.
  

Has any one else had this issue? Is it likely to be software or hardware?
