Windows 10: My PC has stopped recognising my iPod

I have had an iPod Nano 5th gen for 10 years. Until earlier this year it has worked fine, even with the dreadful iTunes interface how its creator can be seen as a beacon of good design is beyond me. For the last couple of months my iPod has stopped showing on iTunes. It also doesn't show up on File Explorer. I have rest my iPod Menu and central held down and re-installed iTunes but problem persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ipad/ipod connectivity

Does not work. I had already tried this. Currently in contact with Apple to see if they can suggest a solution. When connecting my ipod message comes up saying ' ipod connected but not recognised'.

 

IPOD video formats?

i converted one hour movie into .mov using ashampoo movie shrink & burn but it wasn';t copied to ipod..showing ipod doesnt recognised this format while i was trying to copy form itunes library..

ipod doesnt supoort .mov?

which video formats ipod supports?

suggest me best convertor utility to do same.

Itune not recognising

Newly installed Windows 10. First sync of iPod Touch with iTunes. Error message:
iTunes could not connect to iPod Touch because an invalid response was received from the device. Have tried restarting device and PC. Any ideas?

ITunes not recognising my apple devices after I updated my computer to windows 10!!! really annoying!!!! tried all the possible steps from uninstalling, reinstalling & device manager not showing apple mobile support although it's shown installed
in the programs & feature list, what to do?
