Windows 10: My PC has taskbar, settings and other junks of problems.

Well first off all the screen on my PC screen is just a blank white space then I noticed that my taskbar was just glitching out and not responding to my mouse and my keyboard shortcuts aren't working and my app's like settings, task manager and other stuff when I tap on them they say class not registered OR your device is not ready and my device doesn't have volume and when I go to volume mixer to raise the volume from 0 it says 'audio devices no audio devices installed' and I didn't even connect any other devices to it. So I hope I can get answers to fix my laptop th

In Windows 10, you can personalize the settings of your taskbar. If there are multiple applications opened, same applications will be combined under one taskbar button. If you want to change this setting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Press the Start button.
• Click on the Settings app.
• Select Personalization.
• At the left side of your window, click on Taskbar.
• Under Combine taskbar buttons, choose Never.

It seems to be that you're using Outlook.com, may we recommend to check your Junk Mail Settings, refer to the steps below:

  On your inbox, click the Gear icon and select

  Filters and reporting.

  Under Choose a junk e-mail filter, choose the level of protection that you want, and then click Save. If the Exclusive level was set, messages from senders not on your Contacts
  or Safe sender’s lists will have been sent to the Junk e-mail folder.
