Windows 10: My pc has the IT Administrator Has Limited access on windows defender

I open my windows def and the error pops up and I don’t even have it plugged in anymore because I don’t feel comfortable using it without anti virus.Ive tried almost every method and my pc this has the error im wondering if its caused by a virus or that they stripper me of my access on my computer and I need help.

Page not available IT Administrator limited access

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

 

Windows Defender - Your IT administrator has limited access

I have reset Windows, start with clean HD. Did the basic set up and still get the same message in Windows Defender when trying to access Virus & threat protection,, action recommended. There is no 3rd party antivirus and no school accounts. User account is an Administrator, this is Windows 11 Pro.

"Your IT administrator has limited access to some of this apps, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information."

this is the issue i cant open windows defender antivirus and stuff please respond me
