Windows 10: My PC internet is very slow or not working in most cases

My programs can't connect to the internet all of them besides the browsers, even Microsoft store shows connection error. I'm connected through WiFi and my other devices are working perfectly fine. The speed test program and bluestacks emu(ran a speed on it) shows I have a fast internet service but when i ran a speed test on chrome, edge and opera they gave low internet speed results and i think that's whats my programs are trying to connect to. I ran all the "internet fix solutions" in support I even did a system recovery and updated, rollback, uninstalled and installed my network adapters none worked. Loading a page on Google takes 7-10 secs, that's inconvenient. Do i have to reset my PC? I need help pls

Slow Internet only on PC.

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Which Windows version are you using? Type winver in the search bar and press

• Is your device still slow even if it's disconnected from the internet?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
