Windows 10: My pc is automatically pressing CTRL key...

Hi;

My HP P261ne & Suraface Pro4(without typecover) when i am typing anything that press CTRL!

Example: I press "N"; But my HP laptop and my Surface tablet, are press "N" with "CTRL"!!

My surface is using original windows 10 v1803 And my HP Laptop is using Windows 10 v1809

I reset my HP laptop so many time and installed official drivers from HP website!

Do you know what can i do?

Ctrl key automatically zoom in when pressed at times

• Did you make any changes to your computer before experiencing this issue?

My pc gets automatically run after pressing the ctrl key and the project bar gets open again and again

The make and model of the computer is Dell inspiron ,windows 10 home single language,

Version-1607

I have upgrade from windows 8.1.

As i said that my keyboard ctrl key is not working properly. Whenever i press the ctrl key the project bar screen gets turns on and after pressing that key i press any another key the any of the apps get started automatically. Than i restart the computer
its works normally and if i press the ctrl key than any of the apps get started automatically or cortana gets started....... I suggest you if you can help me through connecting teamviewer to my pc..

 

Both CTRL keys not working

• Did you make any changes in your computer prior to this issue?

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Method 1: To check if Ctrl keys work in Onscreen keyboard.

• Press Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter.

Try using Ctrl keys and check if that helps.

if you still face the issue, try Method 2.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
•
