Windows 10: My pc is basically stuck for a windows bug I can't seem to bypass. Need help!

Hello,For the past few days I've been dealing with an annoying problem that doesn't allow me to access my windows account on my pc in order to get to the desktop. I've contacted the microsoft support by chat over and over but nobody has been able to solve this problem. Everything started when I had to update the bios on my pc, it reset my access pin so in order to recreate a new one I had to access my account with ID and password; No problem, I made sure I typed those correctly and pressed next but an annoying window pops up EVERY time popped up alerting me my new password would be active on

When will basic bugs be fixed for windows 10 ?

I have updated from windows 7 to windows 10 few days after the launch. It has been 1 month and few days now and I'm still experimenting basic bugs like:

• Modern app not working after computer wake up from sleep mode
• Start menu and search not listing all my installed apps
• Have to restart my computer because start menu stop working

These are some of the basic bugs that an OS that is supposed to be modern should not have. Looking at the forums, I have seen many threads talking about the problem I have and there is no official fix for those problems. Like many of windows user I'm using
my computer for real work. I cannot stop my work and restart my computer because of such a basic bug. THESE ARE ANNOYING BUGS !!!!

My questions are :

• when will these basic problems be fixed and are developers at Microsoft aware of these bugs?
• Why does it take time for you guys to fix these basic and annoying bugs?
• why so many ads on an UNFINISHED PRODUCT?

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
