    MY PC IS BEING SLOW AND MY TASKBAR HAS FLIPPED


    Hey i have loads of disk space left but my pc is really laggy now i havent used it in a while but its really slow and 1 day later i tried again and its still slow if anyone could help with this issue it would be appreciated, also im trying to update to windows 11 but its really slow and taking way too long. Also theres one last problem i dont know if it was from a recent update but my taskbar is at the top of my screen now i tried getting it off using ctrl+alt+UP/DOWN arrow but it didnt work any help would be appreciated

    Taskbar jump list entries do nothing.

    Taskbar jump list entries do nothing... This is a very old problem but no fixes for me. Tried flipping the switch back and forth, Created entry in the registry. As MS suggested back in 2017, no help.

    Please share the information below:

    • Are you using a Local Account or a Microsoft Account?
    • What is the make and model of your PC?

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties.
    • Check if the option for Lock the Taskbar and Auto-hide the taskbar
      are ticked.
    • If they are ticked then uncheck the option for Auto-hide the taskbar.

    Also, suggest you to update the Display driver by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    PC slow and not responding

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
