Windows 10: My PC is completely frozen from startup, how do I pinpoint the problem?

Recently my pc fell from a table in my room, I was able to partially break the fall, but it still hit the floor, I was extremely nervous that I caused massive damage to the PC. From what my eyes could see, the only thing I could find is the display cable that was hooked up to it broke off right at the usb port. I was able to get it out, and noticed that the display port within the pc looked to be slightly cracked or shifted, and I think that port was apart of the graphics card. Initially I was able to change the display cable with an HDMI cable so that I could see if, after turning on the pc a

Outlook is completely frozen

I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Apparently, you no longer have an option to not automatically install updates. So it installed updates this morning, and ever since then, the Outlook is completely frozen. I go into it and it has new emails, but I can't
click them, I can't scroll through my list, or anything. I have restarted my computer but it doesn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
