Windows 10: My PC is crashing for the last months and I really don't know what to do

Hi! My name is Alex and I really need some help with my PC. It crashes a lot, it happened few months ago and I was thinking that it was gone till few days ago when it crashed again. I know that to discover what crashes the PC you need some files, the DMP files and the other ones I forgot the name. I was gonna put them... but I do not know how...How do I upload them so someone can help me??

I just bought a Samsung Focus AT&T Rev.1.3. It comes with OS version 7629. I don´t know wich version is that, NoDO? Mango? Third Pary apps just crash after I open them, help!

 

pc won`t update

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
