Windows 10: My PC is flashing as a white screen. Aswell as the taskbar. Normally for me, my instincts...

So on win 10. My other PC is flashing a white screen at me with the taskbar. Yet not letting me run system32 Apps.

Flashing white screen on boot


This has happened to me a few times now but luckily I run Rollback Rx and can roll back to the last good snapshot.

I usually get the white flashing screen on boot when I try to install new security software, the latest culprits being Bitdefender and Avira free antivirus, whenever I install them when I go to reboot I will get my pc makers logo, then the Rollback Rx recovery console (this is normal) then back to my pc makers logo after which it normally boots into Windows but after installing the above security software after the final pc makers logo all I get is a flashing white screen, what is causing this? I have tried to google this but can't seem to come up with anything.

My System Specs:
Windows 10 Pro x64 v1511 build 10586.494

Running Security software:
Windows Defender
Winpatrol Plus
Winantiransom Plus+
Malwarebytes Pro
Rollback Rx Pro
Microsoft EMET

Fast boot and secure boot are both disabled

And yes, I do disable Windows Defender before installing another Antivirus.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

White screen and taskbar

I have white and my taskbar is has turned white too. I would think it is something with my computer, but I have seen others have had the same problem. This is a lot of strain on my eyes as I am light sensitive and light can cause a migraine.

What do I need to do to restore my screen to the normal color.

White screen after trying to reset pc

Hi, my pc was starting to be slow so I try to reset pc to fix it, it was all going fin and resetting was almost complete, until when the screen went white, it didn't go to desktop but the thing is that startup was completely normal.

So the screen is white and sometimes the Taskbar flickers.

Is there a way to fix this?
