    My PC is following an organization? What's that? and how do I cancel this?


    Some settings are greyed out with a red text reading that the PC is a part of a cult an organization.

    Now I bought my own personal PC, there is no organization, but maybe it linked itself to my university? I have the uni's ID linked to a lot of Windows apps like Mail and Office.. So this is what I suspect may be the issue..

    How do I cancel that? I want my PC to stay under my full administration.

    I'd suggest you to follow the steps I've already provided in my previous post:

    If you have a monthly subscription, you can unsubscribe at
    https://account.microsoft.com/services.

    • Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
    • Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
    • In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.

    Thank you for the details. One of the possible reasons why this error occurs is due to a corrupted system files
    that happened during the update. We suggest that you run an SFC scan to check and repair them. Follow these steps:


    • Open
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Type
      sfc /scannow
      and hit
      Enter.

    If the issue persist, you can run
    DISM tool
    and see if it helps. To run
    DISM tool, follow these steps:


    • Open
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Type:

      • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

      • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

      • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

      • Restart
        your
        PC.

    NOTE:
    The process might take a while,
    DO NOT CANCEL
    while the process is running.
