It is saying that your pc did not start correctly and it's not being solved, I have tried a lot of options please provide it's solution

PC didn’t start correctly loop

Hi, I got a new PC running windows 11 but for some reason my account didn’t have any permissions so I couldn’t open some apps without selecting ‘run as administrator’. I looked up a fix to this and followed the steps and now am in a loop where it says ‘Your PC didn’t start correctly’ or ‘Startup repair couldn’t repair your PC’. I have tried everything from all the videos I could find on the internet solving this issue and nothing has worked. I have tried resetting my PC and it says ‘There was an error resetting your PC, nothing changed’. Please help, I have no idea what to do. The microsoft technical support line is useless.

 

"Windows PC did not start correctly" on loop

I recently installed the latest Windows 10 update and noticed my computer was slower afterwards (computer game would start lagging and alt+tab would take longer to actually switch between game and other apps). I disabled nearly every background app and some startup apps but that didn't fix anything. I then tried a system restore to before the update, but after my computer booted again, it said there was an error. I then tried to revert back to the last Windows version and that's when I started getting the "Windows PC did not start correctly" loop.

The system repair option fails. The system restore option failed and now there isn't a restore date available. The computer reset option failed. Booting into safe mode fails. No matter what I do I can't even get to the log-in screen.

I have tried various command prompt entries including scannow and still nothing.

Any suggestions are appreciated! Or even suggestions as to where I could get help (I just got this PC in July the manufacturer has a 1-year hardware warranty).

 

My PC didn't start correctly loop

My PC was perfectly fine until after I shut it down for a couple hours. I booted it back up and now it's saying preparing automatic repair then diagnosing your PC just to end up on the your PC did not start correctly. I have tried command prompts in advanced troubleshooting and I've even tried booting into safe mode but it just goes right back to the your PC did not start correctly screen. I even tried resetting my PC but even that don't work it just says there was an error resetting this PC. I'm out of ideas. All help is appreciated!
