Windows 10: My pc is having bad internet all of a sudden

Hello I recently ran into an issue where my pc is freaking out and im running out of ideas on why its happening. So the changes I made before things went to **** was that I updated Nvidia graphics drivers to the newest version and installed teamviewer which also installed something called PC appstore which i promptly deleted and did a virus scan. After those incidents my pc has been getting bad internet. On marvel rivals my ping went from a constant 35ms to around 120ms constantly and sometimes spiked up to 999ms on an internet speed tests it usually says its perfect aside from a few outlier

Hotel internet story; sudden bad connection

Berton--the hotel asked other guests surrounding my room, and no one else has a problem. Further, all is working with my friend's Windows 7 machine and while he is sitting right next to me. I would think if there was a bad router or some interference, it would affect more than just me.

Cuffy--the site you suggested pertains to a list of error codes caused by Windows updates. I have not received an error code of any kind. Further, my machine works just fine 4 floors down.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

PC says I have internet access but still no internet in praxis

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

• Have you installed all pending Windows and Network adaptor driver updates?
• Do you get any error message? If yes share the exact and complete error message?

As an initial troubleshooting step I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and Network adaptor updates.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.
