Windows 10: My pc is having problems, it freezes randomly and sometimes plays a loud noise. What do I do?

I’m not good with computers at all and I genuinely have no idea what I’m doing, I recently purchased a gaming pc in December 2023 and around April it started freezing randomly on different applications Valorant, Google Chrome, Discord, etc. and I have not found a solution. I’ve looked through Event Viewer and when it does crash, a critical error message is there but it gives me no details on what could have caused the crash. MY PC:NVIDIA 4060 TiIntel i7-320032 GB RAM Neo Forza is the brand1TB SSDand I believe I have an MSI ProSeries motherboard, if that’s relevent.I’ve gone through the Win

So when I'm playing games with my friends my headset randomly makes very loud noises and it's apparently because I scream.

First post here, and hoping to get some help.

For about a month or so now, my computer would randomly freeze with a loud buzzing noise coming from my speakers. It seems like it usually happens when I have Chrome up and watching either Twitch or YouTube. The only other thing I have up is Discord and Fortnite.

The freezes seem to happen pretty sporadically, sometimes several times a day while sometimes it won't happen for a couple of days. I can't for the life of me figure out what the issue is.

The things I've tried:
Turn off hardware accelerator
Updated video card driver
Windows Fresh Start
Using a different browser

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.
