Windows 10: My PC is missing the following windows update: KB5003537 for Windows 10 Home 64bit version21H2

My PC is missing the following windows update: KB5003537 for Windows 10 Home 64bit version 21H2 Searching the Windows Update Catalogue doesn't find this particular update for 21H2. I can't update Widows to version 22H1 or 22H2 without KB5003537. Any idea as to where I can obtain this update?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
