Windows 10: My pc is not booting windows

Hi I had added an other hard drive to my pc and I did windows 10 it work with best performance. Then I remove a hard drive other than in which windows was present then I added an other hard drive to take some data from it when I do this my windows does start and shows preparing aromatic repair but not opening repair setup and it turn off itself and again turn on itself. I had tried a lot but not working than I thought for boot a new windows but my pc is not booting windows.Please help me

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
