Windows 10: My pc is not showing any of the opened programs

So today I was trying to run my pc and he was working fine however the Lock Screen was pitch black and when I introduced the code it opened up and I saw that none of my normal shortcuts to the apps were showing up I started being suspicious and when trying to open anything it would open, it would start running but none off the apps were controllableonly by using the keyboard to move arrows and both the mouse and the keyboard were working fine I cannot control a single thing except for the windows icon and none off the icons close to the clock are working.pls help me!

Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:
   
   
   
4. And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:
   
   
   

 

Context Menu - Open With (Windows Suggested List)

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2
Diagram 'A' shows Windows' suggested programs
Diagram 'B' shows the extended list

I have been trying to edit the context menu's "Open with" list of Windows' suggested programs for the .mp3 extension.
I'm not talking about the extended list, but rather the programs that first appear 'before' the "choose another app" option.
If you look at Diagram 'A' you will see the preliminary list generated by Windows, this is the list I am looking to modify.
I have an .mp3 editor named Goldwave that I use for editing audio files, however, I do not want to change the preliminary program Windows uses to open .mp3s. My .mp3s should remain assigned to Winamp Player.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you open Task Manager as I suggested? Please don't make this more difficult than it needs to be.
