Windows 10: My Pc is now only at 1 bar of internet when it used to be full

A month or go or so my PC wouldn’t turn back on so I had to unplug and reply it back in. After this, I did a setup again and then my internet went to 1 bar. It used to be full. I ran a speed test and it says it’s good but it can no longer support multiple tabs open or running video games.

suggested site bar took too much space

I appreciate if you could answer few questions to narrow down the issue and to provide you better assistance.

• Which browser are you using?
• Is this issue specific to any browser?
• Did you tried using different browsers?

If you are using Internet Explorer, try the below steps to disable the Suggested Site bar option.

• Open internet explorer and click on Tools.
• Click on Internet Options.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• From list search for Enable Suggested Site bar and uncheck
  the box to turn it off then click Ok.

Microsoft Edge TLS Security

After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.
