Windows 10: My PC is randomly using 99%-100% CPU/Memory/Disk space, why? Help please.

Randomly my PC will start lagging and freezing, especially when I am talking on discord, I already tried re-installing the app, but the problem was still there.I checked my task bar every time this happened and there is usually no applications using that much Memory or CPU, although sometimes for some reason some apps have a spike in CPU/Memory/Disk usage even if they aren't opened. i.e I realize earlier that Opera was using 7K megabytes I just added a hard limit for CPU and RAM usage, I only had a couple tabs open, and the CPU/Memory/Disk usage still continued after I closed the tabs.Specs:

Could you please help me here. I am facing issues with Memory, CPU, Disk. every time my disk is going to 100%.

I am not using chrome, Skype and stopped all super services.

I have 384GB free space in C: Drive.

Please suggest me here.

What is the reason for 100% CPU Memory Disk?

Hi,

I have Lenovo Laptop Ideapad 330 with following specs:

Processor AMD A9-9425 3.10 GHz

Ram 4GB 64 Bit

HDD 1TB

From 11th month of this laptop purchase the task manager started showing 100% CPU Memory Disk usage because of which laptop responding very slowly to start or to open any brower or to open any word file.

Very often not responding was the message on the screen for all things mentioned in last sentence.

Strange funny thing is that without opening any window the task manager still shows CPU Memory Disk 100%.

Even though I upgraded RAM from 4GB to 8GB the problem of 100% CPU Memory Disk is still there but the laptop is working at better speed without slowness or not responding message on screen for all above things mentioned in 1st para above.

NB: HDD doesn't have any file or folder on it apart from only system files.

Will HDD replacing with SSD resolve the problem of 100% CPU Memory Disk usage in a guaranteed way.

SFC / SCANNOW DISM are done but not at all helping.

Any MVP expert on this platform to help with this problem in the ultimate best way.

Memory use shoots up to 99% after idle time

I'm facing this problem in the last few days. Memory use according to Task Manager goes up to 99%, CPU reaches 80% and the PC becomes almost totally unresponsive.

Based on similar threads I installed RAMMap and here's what is shown.




I installed Poolmon and ran it and this is what I get.




Please note that the first entry does not show a tag. Is this normal?

According to the rest of the listing I should investigate Volsnap.sys and atc.sys. Could you advise what are the next steps?
