Windows 10: my PC is running keyboard shortcuts as if I'm holding down the Windows key

After booting up, my PC system performs regularly for a few moments, but then it soon begins to spiral. First, without pressing any keys, the notification hub and search bar open simultaneously. The notification bar will occasionally flicker as if I am spamming the shortcut, though I am not. Pressing any keys results in the associated "Windows +" shortcut. ie if I have a window open, simply pressing my M key will cause the window to minimizeMy first instinct was to blame my Razer Blackwidow keyboard because I am aware of how their software tends to conflict, and I've had issues with the keyb

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.
