Windows 10: my pc is saving game files in a way ive never seen before

im having some issues with the way my pc is saving game files im pretty savy with windows and have been using it for years but ive never seen this my pc is saving files in a different way most of them are locked away behind hidden files and when i do find them i dont have any permission for the file even after myself full permission over the whole drive

I understand that the game doesn’t save the progress made on your account, I suggest to follow the steps given below.

• Please navigate to:
  C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages.
  
• Under Packages folder, locate the file
  Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame
  and move it to some other location.
  
• Relaunch your game and see if you can save the game progress.
  
  If you still face the same issue, I suggest to post your query on
  Forza Forums.

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
