Windows 10: my pc is stuck at "something happened and unable to log in with pin" screen" and nothing...

I have tried to enable administrator acct from cmd i have used sfc use a restore point once reset this pc everything I can find on the web to fix and nothing works. It is stuck at this screen every time the pc reboots. When i tried to restore it finished then rebooted and i was back to the same screen same happened when i reset the pc. When i load an instal media it just reboots back to the same screen. There is no option for password or switch user. Using win+r or anything else does nothing. I have no access to any other settings or accts besides the windows recovery screen options and every

Unable to access pin set up from log in page

Thanks for the info but when I tried your suggestion and web link, I still cannot log in and still get the same issue where I am stuck in the circle. Log in and get directed to the create pin or skip selection. Try to create pin and it keeps saying something went wrong. Tried to skip step and get moved straight to the log back in screen.

 

Log-in Pin is incorrect after Anniversary update


I had the same issue after my update on Windows 10. I knew that my pin hadn't changed but it was saying it was incorrect. So I said that I forgot my pin and it started going through the steps to reset the pin entered my regular password and when the window popped up to set a new pin I said cancel and then I chose the option to set my pin later. I exited the screen, logged off logged back in, and set up a new pin which happened to be the same pin I had before and it worked. If this still doesn't work I can show step by step screen shots if you need. I have a surface 3 with Windows 10 fully updated 10.0.14393.0
