Windows 10: My pc is stuck at this screen

I've been trying to restart my pc over and over and I keep getting stuck at this screen

Nothing works, sometimes it tries to loaf 'Automatic Repair' but all that does is give me a black screen with a movable mouse after a half a second flash of a window outline as if it failed to load.

Same for the recovery disc and usb I made

Sure, TheKIHA, if you have your product key for Windows 7, you can do that - the product key should be on a sticker on the case of your device

Actually, it worked, i got into the setup, but how do i change the boot order?

 

Pressing and holding the power button will force a shutdown. Boot up and do that three times in a row and it should launch startup repair.

When this happened to me I just popped in my Windows 10 ISO DVD and choose to "Repair Boot." It worked real quick.

Also, from the ISO DVD you can choose "command prompt" and perform many other operations.
