Windows 10: My pc is stuck in a boot loop

I built my pc last month and it has been working perfectly fine until yesterday. i was gaming like normal and the screen randomly turned black and my system shut off. Since then it was stuck in a loop were after it passed the POST stage and tried to start windows it would restart as soon as the loading dot appeared and repeat. I have researched this but im at a loss now as all fixes i have seen are not working. At first booting into safe mode worked and i was able to reset my pc to a time where it was working and it was fine for about 20-30 min then it started again and nothing is working this
