    My PC is stuck in a loop and I can’t do anything about it.


    Windows 10 I’ve been trying to get into a PC gifted by a friend. He advised me to do a full reset to wipe all his files. The PC wouldn’t let me sign into his profile, stating user profile failed login. After trying another reset, I’m stuck in a loop of failed advanced repair. When I try to use command prompt chkdsk - nothing happens and it says it cannot fix it as it is write protected. I’m not sure what to do anymore as the PC worked perfectly fine until I did the initial reset.
