Windows 10: My PC is stuck on a black screen with an infinitely loading cursor

I've been looking online for ages, none of the solutions have worked. I can't get to task manager, I can't even FIND safe mode, hard reset did nothing, even trying to use a hard drive for a manual boot didnt work. The most I've gotten is a blue screen saying something along the lines of "recovery failed" with an option to reset the pc that didn't even work and I haven't been able to recreate whatever I did to get that screen in the first place. I'm desperate and I have no idea what to do that wouldn't involve losing everything I have on the pc

Infinite black loading screen (cursor loading symbol too) and cannot even reach the login part of booting

It still goes to the same black screen with the loading cursor and appears to be infinitely loading

Hello There Everyone.

I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
Steps i did
*i tried to startup repair on advance menu
*i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
*i have Uninstalled recent update.
My pc specs
*Acer Veriton
*64 bit
*windows 10
Please help me to solve out

 

PC is stuck in automatic repair and I cannot get to the troubleshoot menu

If I start my PC and it goes through automatic repair I'm stuck on a black screen with a loading cursor, if I restart again I get an infinite windows loading screen or no display.

Pressing f11 or f8 just pulls up a menu to select a boot device.

When I go to my bios I can see that one of ssd's is for some reason not showing up on the sata port lists.
