Windows 10: My PC is stuck on a boot loop and I need help

Okay I have a problem. So I had to factory reset my computer and reinstall windows. When the installation progress was 54%, my power shut down and so did the computer. Now when I turn the PC on, it just turns on and off and I cant do anything. I am turning on the PC, it shows me the Lenovo logo, shut off screen, then says Lenovo "welcome" loading screen, then shows the windows installation progress at 64% for 1 millisecond and just shuts off, and it does it over and over and over again.My model is: Lenovo Leigon T5 26IR88

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
