Windows 10: My pc is stuck on black screen of death after windows automatic repair

I've been having issues with booting up my pc, as it either a shows an infinite loading screen or b after attempting to open safe mode, shows 'Automatic Repair' and goes to a black screen with a cursor after.I've attempted:Tightening all cables within the hardware, including hdd, m.2 ssd, gpu & replacing ram sticks in the next channel.Changing the boot option between my different drivesInserting a USB with the windows software, which results in a blue screen with nothing else besides a cursor after the loading screen instead.Restarting the CMOSRestarting the bios

Preparing automatic repair black screen afterwards stuck

Fixing this gaming PC for a friend. His computer gets stuck on the windows logo with the dotted spinning circle. In the past to fix this i've done a startup repair. But this time, the PC starts the Preparing Automatic Repair, then screen goes black, where normally it should be showing diagnosing your pc before loaded the Automatic Repair screen.

What should I attempt to try next?
