    My PC is stuck on its startup screen and its been like this for hours


    Can you guys help me with the problem im freakong out my father bought me the laptop and its stuck on the startup screen i tried to so the troubleshooting thing but when it says automatic repair.It just does that then goes into a black screen with no diagnosing Pc screen just a blacl screen with my cursor. Can anyone help me quick ASAP

    Hello There Everyone.

    I shutdown my pc yesterday after work after 12 hours i open it but i am stuck with black screen. I tried my steps to open it but it dosen't work.
    Steps i did
    *i tried to startup repair on advance menu
    *i have reset the pc ( its says problem occured)
    *i have Uninstalled recent update.
    My pc specs
    *Acer Veriton
    *64 bit
    *windows 10
    Please help me to solve out

    Stuck on loading screen after startup

    Hello,

    We understand the issue you are facing and will assist you.

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to perform Startup Repair and check if it helps.

    • On a working PC go to the Microsoft software download website and
      create Windows 10 installation media.
    • Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
    • On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
    • On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
    • Click on Startup Repair.

    After the repair is complete, check for status.

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
