Windows 10: My pc is stuck on lockscreen when booting up. What is the solution?

When I boot up my pc , it starts then gets stuck at lockscreen. I shut it down and boot it up by power button.What is the solution?

Hp pc stuck on the lockscreen

I have a office computer (hp compaq elite 8300 i'm pretty sure) and i decided that i would do a factory reset since i was having some slowness, but when it finished it was stuck on the lockscreen. It shows the wallpaper and date like normal but it doesn't respond to any input from my mouse and keyboard. I go through a bios screen so i know it's not a problem with the keyboard since i have to press f1 to boot it.

Windows 10 stuck at lockscreen.

The windows 10 is stuck at lockscreen. i am not able to use my Keyboard and mouse. There is no response to keyboard and mouse.. I am unable to enter the password to log in. windows 10 was working fine after the upgrade..but after that when i restarted
it... It got stuck at the lockscreen. The lockscreen clock and other indicators like battery and wifi are showing properly.. Can anyone help..? Is their anyone who is facing same issue..? Help!!
