    I managed to get it to work by going into an earlier version of windows but it only worked for ten minutesPlease help

    Hello

    My new surface has been shutting down on it's own at least 5 times a week with a blue screen and saying "Stop Code: Critical Process Died". Can someone please advise what is causing this and how to fix it?
