Windows 10: My PC is stuck on this blue screen and won't boot into windows at all, not safe mode, or...

My computer was working perfectly fine last night playing games, turned it off went to bed, woke up this morning and now I have this blue screen saying my PC needs repaired. Ive looked up multiple tutorials trying to fix this but when I turn on my pc it goes straight to this blue screen and doesn’t show the windows loading screen at all. Also, none of my external peripherals are working like my keyboard and mouse. What is happening? Why can’t I access safe mode and why is my pc not even booting to the windows loading screen just straight to this blue screen? Can anyone help?

Unable to boot the PC, stuck in recovery mode screen​

I understand that you are unable to boot the PC normally as it is stuck in recovery mode.

1. Were there any recent updates installed on the PC?
   
2. What is the exact make and model of the PC?
   

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Boot the PC into safe mode with networking and check if you are able to login. Refer the article to

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, refer the section
From a black or blank screen.



Method 2:



Perform a system restore to revert the PC back to the state when everything was working fine. Refer the article

Recovery options in Windows 10, refer the section
Use installation media to restore or reset your PC.



Note:
Do not reset the PC; resetting the PC will remove all the data and installed programs from the PC.

Stuck in Safe Mode Boot Loop

It is possible that you're stuck in Safe Mode boot loop due to system components. To assist you better, we'd like to know if you've tried starting your computer in Safe Mode with Networking.

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow the steps in this article on how to Start your computer in safe mode
in Windows 10. Safe Mode with Networking includes the network drivers and services you'll need to access the Internet and other computers on your network.

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.
