Windows 10: MY PC IS TOO SLOW WITH WINDOWS 10, SPECS: 4GB RAM, 2.30GHZ AMD WITH INTEGRATED GRAPHICS

AMD Graphics Not Switching to (Switchable/Discrete Graphics) Just (Primary/Integrated)

Hello everyone I have this problem for about 2 years now, I am trying to switch from
AMD Radeon (TM) 520 [Discrete/Switchable Graphics] because it is more powerful than my
AMD Radeon R4 [Primary/Integrated Graphics] When I try go to Switchable graphics section in the AMD Radeon Settings I have put my game to High Performance but when I launched it and checked what graphics its using is still AMD
Radeon R4!! And Then I have gone to my task manager and checked it there to be sure. But GPU 0 (AMD Radeon R4) Is still the one that is being used!! Not
GPU 1 (AMD Radeon (TM) 520) I really want a solution to this problem real quick because I am trying to play
Minecraft but I am only running on 30 FPS. Thanks For your Cooperation.

OS: Windows 10

RAM: DDR4 4GB

Laptop Model: HP

Graphics: AMD R4 Graphics and AMD TM 520

 

Windows 10 , Integrated Graphics AMD Radeon R6

I have a HP Pavilion Notebook with AMD A10-8700P Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G

16 Gigs of RAM, Windows 10, and an integrated Video Card that is technically 2 video cards: An

AMD Radeon R8 M365DX (2 GB) and AMD Radeon R6 Graphics card (512MB).

My problem is I have gone through the Device manager and both cards have a "Device install requested" in their events with the information "Device PCI ... Reguires further installation" How can I fix this? Troubleshooting doesn't seem to detect anything.
Somehow only the AMD Radeon R6 graphics card is working while the other one has been disabled or isn't noticed by the computer and I don't know how to re-enable it.

I wasn't even aware of the AMD Radeon R8 M365DX videocards existence until recently because I haven't been able to run any games all too well, but according to these specs I should.

An AMD Catalyst Control Center is available on my laptop and I have enabled "AMD Radeon Dual Graphics" but it doesn't seem to do anything.
