Windows 10: My pc is unresponsive when playing a certain game.

when ever i launch Metaphor refantazio on steam my ssd get 100% active time and the game stop working and the pc start to be slow and unresponsive.event log: events.evtx

I have installed all updates and when I'm playing World of Warcraft in fullscreen mode a lot of my keys become unresponsive as well.
