    so update for issue from this post my pc just hangs then goes into BOSD and quickly restarts. - Microsoft CommunityI sent my Laptop over to HP and they changed the mother board and SSD and gave it back to me / took 20 days.the customer care representative told me that the issue was with RAM idk why they changed the SSD instead.i did a test from the UEFI all looks good before i sent and now i have gotten it back.still have this issue but now i found a file in "MINI DUMP"this is the file -042923-16375-01.dmpsome one please help me out :

    Hi Dave
    I used the driver verifier
    and my pc kept crashing on boot
    this time i had the chance to check the BOSD error - SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    i just clean installed windows.
    i will update here if it happens again but hope i wont have this issue again.

    Hi pramishmaharjan,

    There is not much information on that screenshot, but it does indicate a warning about you processor, is your PC still hanging/crashing?

    should i do the driver verifier ?
    because when i did the driver verifier earlier i got this
