Windows 10: my pc just sits on a black screen

hello, i have noticed that after a blue screen my windows will not start up, i have reseated my ram, tried to launch in safe mode and it gave the error code: d0000034, won’t let me reset my pc to default and sometimes just sits on the starting screen instead of a black one, everything is just inaccessible except for the command prompt and bios, nothing new has been installed and the startup repair just tells me my pc did not launch correctly and i have to restart i have tried a bunch of things on the internet before coming onto here, please help if you have any idea how to fix thank you.

Vista has always installed fine. Like I was saying, I was running it fine this whole time, I went to reboot and there was the black screen. Just sat there.

Drives are set in IDE. The video card is an 8800GT. No VGA output. *Stick Out Tongue
