Windows 10: my pc just stopped working correctly i cant use any of my apps

so yesteday my pc got ip hacked and cmd commands started running for no reason and i coulnt use my pc after 2 minutes there was no wifi in my pc i coulnt use my apps everything said i dont have wifi and the only thing i can use is browser and thats all sometimes my google or the website says as well i dont have network connection and i just cant use any of my apps i tried to download malwarbites so maybe i can do scan but no its stops at 5% and i cant even dowload my virus protector was always on i ussaly use the radmin vpn for playing with friends and when i was playing yestaday with a friend

Sound not working correctly

Today my sound stopped working correctly. I hear sound on only one side (I am using headphone). I have tried all the suggestions listed including uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. I still only get sound on one side.

 

Icons from apps aren´t displayed correctly

Do the apps work fine apart form the icons not displaying correctly? If so I would suggest you to run an SFC scan and check if it helps. If the issue persists you may run DISM command and check.

Follow this steps:

    Press Windows+X.

    Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
    
  • 
    Type the command SFC /SCANNOW and
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit
    Enter.

Download not working correctly

Applications bought from Windows Store needs cache clearing if the downloading stops working after a period of time. We recommend that you run the
WSReset command to clear the store app cache and reset it into a clean state. To reset the app, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R to open run command.
• Type WSReset.exe, then click
  OK.
• Wait for the command to finish.

After performing the steps above, download the game again and see if it will continue and finish.
