Windows 10: My pc keeps asking for a nokia email!! In the installation process. I don't have a nokia...

I recently tried to install a new windows on my pc, but at some point. I'm being asked to enter a nokia email. I don't have a nokia email. I use my Microsoft account wich i ised in the previous version but it doesn't work.Does anyone have the same issue, and solved it?

Nokia now come agian Yes. With tieing up HMD Global Nokia is pertaining their brand and manufactures with HMD global now releasing few models namely the old featured phone 3310 and smart phone nokia c6.

Did he ever really leave? He basically seemed like a trojan. Rather than outright buy Nokia, insert a microsoft exec as CEO, run nokia into the ground by pushing an OS that nobody wants, then buy nokia itself on the cheap when nobody wants that anymore either.
