Windows 10: My pc keeps blue screening typically at random or when I'm playing games.

I thought that maybe reinstalling windows might fix it but i want to make sure that there isn't any other solution. I don't know if I'm supposed to send someone the dump files or post it directly here.

Random Blue Screen while Gaming

Hi guys,

My wifes PC has been having random blue screens (not all the same error code) while playing games (will list games below) and im struggling to resolve the problem.

Blue Screen Errors (has been others but cant remember, i've started logging them once i realized its not always the same)

Critical_structure_corruption

Page_fault__in_nonpaged_aera

Games List

• Overwatch
• Guildwars 2
• Hearthstone

Also playing those games will stream twitch/YouTube and browsing the net

I've tired updating drivers, back dating drivers, reloading windows, full fresh install.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X with Wraith Spire

PSU:
Thermaltake Smart Pro RGB Modular Bronze 750W

Ram:
G.Skill Trident Z Neo F4-3200C16D-32GTZN 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4

GPU:
ASRock Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB

M/B:
ASUS ROG Strix X570-F Gaming Motherboard

M.2:
Samsung 860 EVO M.2 SATA SSD 1TB any help to fix these or where i should be looking would be great

random blue screens

Hi,

My PC randomly blue screens, i suspect its hardware related but cant tell for sure
It seems to be happening more often whenever the GPU has to do stufff, i watch videos or play games and it happens, not directly but at random intervals.
Any insight on what might be causing it is appreciated!

BSOD When playing games

Please share the information requested below:

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
