Windows 10: My pc keeps crashing and restarting when I run games

My PC started crashing about 1 week ago. It first started when I tried a new game and I initially thought it was happening because my CPU was overheating. I then went ahead and replaced the thermal paste and the temperature was running smoothly. I find this weird since I have a Windows 11 pro license that came with the PC. I purchased this PC only a year ago. I have discovered that The problem I get is associated with the activation process and I get this error code: License Activation slui.exe failed with the following error code: hr=0xC004F034 Command-line arguments: RuleId=31e71c49-8da7-

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
