Windows 10: my pc keeps crashing due to CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment

i have had this problem for a while and tried to get help a few times. i cheaked my mini dump it used to have a file in it but i fixed that. before my PC crashes i start seeing horizontal lines flash quickly acros my pc every 2 mins about 15 - 5 mins before the crash. i have updated all my drivers except my bios because i was having problems updating them. so far i think this has only happened while playing games or on call to my friends on discord might be a coincidence though.the first picture is when the crash happens and this always shows upthe 2nd picture is about 10mins after the cras

my computer crashes due to "Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment"

My Pc keeps crashing/green screening (blue screening but with a green screen instead) due to "Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment" i looked it up and got no where due to me folloing these steps below

1. On the computer where AD DS is installed, open Windows PowerShell®, type mmc, and then press ENTER. The Microsoft Management Console opens.
   
2. On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in. The Add or Remove Snap-ins dialog box opens.
   
3. In Available snap-ins, scroll down to and double-click Group Policy Management Editor. The Select Group Policy Object dialog box opens.
   

but i dont have group policy managment editor so i am unsure how to fix this?

CertificateServicesClient-AutoEnrollment Warning Event ID 64

I have this same Event ID 64 in the Event Viewer. It is indeed an expired X-Box Live certificate.
