    My pc keeps crashing when playing games, then once i try to play that game it is very laggy...


    Ive tried to fix this and i cannot, the pc is not old and should not have these issues, the issue applys for all games just not a single game either.

    Problems playing Games - Game apps keeps crashing

    It does not matter whether I am playing an xbox game or Gameloft game or a game like CSR, not long after starting, the game crashes and returns to the desktop screen. At first, I thought maybe it was the game, but since it does it with all games, it is
    not fault of the games. Does anyone have a solution?

    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
    2. What is the make and model of the PC?
    3. What happens when you try to run a game?
    4. Does the PC crashes only while playing games?
    5. Do you receive any stop code or error message when the PC crashes?


    Meanwhile, I would suggest you to refer the article
    Troubleshoot blue screen errors



    In addition, you can check if Windows is up to date. Refer the article
    Keep your PC up to date     and see if that helps.
